“Mui” ambigram tattoo - final photos
After six months of deliberation, my sister finally decided which “mui” ambigram tattoo design to go with. She gathered her courage and was officially inked by Joey Pang at the Tattoo Temple on July 28th, 2009.

My sister currently lives in the UK and has 2 tattoos - a rose on her right shoulder blade and a dove on her left wrist. Although these aren’t as generic as the ever-popular tribal band around the bicep, they are still simple template tattoos with no particular meaning.
So the last time my sister was in Hong Kong she asked me to come up with something more personal and unique. I have a thing for ambigrams , so a thought an ambigram of her childhood nickname “mui” would be perfect. See what I came up with after the jump!
